Chichén Itzá is one of the largest archaeological centers of the Mayan culture and has been named one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World. We will begin our tour by departing from your hotel reception, from where we will head to the city of Valladolid. This journey will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. We will make a stop of about 30 minutes, then we will visit Nool-Ha, where we will stay for approximately 1 hour, with the option of swimming. We will stop for lunch, where we will enjoy the typical food of the region. In the afternoon we will visit the ruins that make up the archaeological zone of Chichén Itzá, passing by El Castillo - a huge pyramid also known as the pyramid of Kukulcán, the Juego de Perola - a ball court where the most traditional and important sporting competitions of the Maya peoples took place, the Platform of the Jaguar and the Eagles - a small platform with four steps. At its base there is a vertical wall with raised panels displaying images that relate to the sun&#39;s course in the sky during the day and its descent into the underworld at night, as the &quot;Sun of the Earth&quot;. We will have some time to appreciate the region and then we will have our return transfer to the hotel. OBSERVATION: We will pick you up at the hotel reception. If it&#39;s a hotel in downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum, we will inform you of the nearest meeting point. Our departures will be between 6:50 AM and 8:25 AM, depending on the hotel where you are staying. We will contact you one day in advance to arrange this.

Tour of Chichén Itzá with Cenote Nool Há 

On this tour we will visit Tulum, a city on the Caribbean coast of the Yucatán Peninsula, known for its beaches and well-preserved ruins of an ancient Mayan port city. The express tour is perfect for those who want to learn about Mayan culture, enjoy one of the best views of the Mexican Caribbean, and return to the hotel early enough to enjoy the facilities. Surrounded by a 5-meter-thick wall, this archaeological site has five land access points through which we can enter and contemplate all the ruins of this marvelous place, including the most well-known building in the area, which is also the largest and most prominent construction in Tulum, called &#39;El Castillo&#39;. In addition to its ceremonial functions, it served as a maritime observation point, allowing Mayan sailors to enter the city by sea, avoiding the dangers of the second largest coral reef in the world. OBSERVATION: Our meeting time will be between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on the hotel where you will be staying. The exact time will be communicated at your destination at least one day in advance by one of our local agents. The archaeological zone administration charges approximately USD 5 for the use of video cameras.

Tour Tulum Express 

Prepare yourself for a unique and transformative experience. On this tour you will be enchanted swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the river. Underground and walking through completely natural caves. You will have the chance to admire the rock formations that tell the geological history of land. Right after the tour of the underground river, we headed towards the “dry route”, where you will get to know the Mayan underworld – Xibalbá – arriving at the hall of peace, where We will witness a spectacular show of images and sound that tells the story of creation and evolution of the universe projected onto the rock formations of cave. You will also have the opportunity to go rappelling and take a bike ride.

Rio Secreto Plus in Cancun

In the second part, after the reenactment of the Spanish conquest of Mexico, regional cultures are presented with colorful costumes, dances, rhythms, music, and songs that are sure to move you. On this tour, we will meet between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM, depending on the hotel where you are staying. Xcaret Park 

Enjoy a day at Xel-há, the largest and most beautiful natural aquarium in the world, famous for its abundant aquatic life, formed by lagoons, caves, inlets, and underground rivers. In Xel-Ha, dive with hundreds of tropical fish and over 90 marine species that inhabit the area. According to Mayan tales, Xel-Ha is the Eden of the gods, destined to be a paradise on earth since its creation. The deities combined the best of themselves—dreams and wisdom, the purest and most perfect—and shaped it into Xel-Ha, which means &quot;the place where the waters spring forth.&quot; After designating the creatures that would be guardians of Heaven, Sea, and Earth—Huh the iguana, guardian of the earth; Mo the macaw, guardian of the heavens; and Kay Op the parrotfish, guardian of the waters—this pure and natural treasure was given to humanity. To this day, Xel-Há obeys the will of the gods to share this paradise in all its dazzling natural beauty, its crystal-clear and pure waters, its lush jungle, and its latent richness of life. Currently, Xel-Há park is home to over 100 species of birds and around 400 species of plants, flowers, and trees. We will begin our experience by departing from your hotel reception between 7:00 AM and 7:45 AM. Xel-Há Park 

Xplor is a unique underground world, with activities that invite you to explore and rediscover your emotions and senses in nature. For this experience, we will depart from the hotel reception between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. If the hotel is located in downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum, one of our local agents will inform you of the nearest meeting point and departure time at least one day in advance. We will arrive at the park around 9:00 AM, where we will have free time to enjoy all the activities. The park offers four activities, each lasting approximately 45 minutes, and you can participate in them as many times as you like. All activities begin and end at the center of Xplor, where you&#39;ll find restrooms, lockers, restaurants, and relaxation areas. Amphibious Vehicles: Through 2 circuits we can explore the Xplor trails and caves. With luck, we may observe wildlife during the approximately 5 km route. In caves, it is possible to notice that in some places the water level rises, but there is nothing to worry about as these vehicles are prepared to float. Driving is only permitted for those over 18 years of age. Helmet use is mandatory. Rafts: On this route we can paddle through beautiful caves and rock formations. The depth is one meter, so there is no need for a life jacket. The route has two circuits, one of 570 meters, and there are detours where we can shorten the route if we prefer. The use of helmets and paddling gloves is mandatory. Zip lines: This activity covers a total of more than 3.8 km. Here you can glide through the air, enjoying the beauty and feeling the adrenaline rush, as you launch yourself from any of the 14 zip lines. With the chance to finish the tour in one of the three beautiful cenotes. The park features modern, high-quality equipment. The minimum height required for this tour is 1.40 meters or 40 kg. The maximum weight allowed for this activity is 136 kg. River of Stalactites: On this route, we will enter an underground paradise swimming with life jackets, while observing the crystal-clear waters, stalactites, and stalagmites. The route is approximately 400 meters long, and the water temperature is 24ºC. Helmets are mandatory. We will return to the hotel at 5:00 PM. This activity is not recommended for children under 5 years old.

Xplor Park 

This will be an adventure in the darkness like I never imagined. Xplor Fuego is a journey that will take us back to the beginning, to the creation of fire, to a world when man had to rely more on his instincts, back to the rustic with activities that will allow us to rediscover the starry sky and the most primitive aspects of the jungle, feel the darkness and experience the wild side of ourselves. We will depart from the hotel reception between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. If your hotel is located in downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum, one of our local agents will inform you of the nearest meeting point and time at least one day in advance. Upon arrival at the park, we will have the afternoon and evening free to carry out the activities. The park offers four activities that you can explore, learn about, and experience, while we take care of your well-being and safety. All of them begin and end in the heart of Xplor, where you&#39;ll find restrooms, lockers, restaurants, and a relaxation area. Amphibious: Through a 5.5 km circuit we can explore the trails of Xplor and the caves illuminated by torches and fireflies. The sounds of the jungle make this a unique and unforgettable experience. Driving is only permitted for those over 18 years of age. Helmet use is mandatory for both the driver and passenger. Volcanic Rafts: On this route we will paddle through beautiful caves and rock formations. The depth is 1 meter, so there is no need for a life jacket. The route is a 530-meter circuit and there are detours where it can be shortened if you prefer. The use of helmets and paddling gloves is mandatory. Nighttime zip lines: In this exciting activity, the explorer can launch themselves and fly among the stars, admire the beauty of the softly illuminated jungle, and feel the adrenaline rush through their body. The route features modern, high-quality equipment. The minimum height required for this tour is 1.40 meters or 40 kg. The maximum weight allowed for this activity is 300 pounds. Lava River: On this route, we will enter an underground paradise swimming with life jackets, while observing the crystal-clear waters, stalactites, and stalagmites. The route is approximately 350 meters long, and the water temperature is 24ºC. Helmets are mandatory. Our tour day ends at 11:30 PM when we return to the hotel. This activity is not recommended for children under 5 years old.

Xplor Fuego Cancun

A cenote is a natural sinkhole or doline. Especially associated with the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico, cenotes were used in some sacrificial rituals of the Mayan civilization. In this experience, we will have the opportunity to explore the four types of cenotes in the same day, an oasis in the middle of nature. Furthermore, we will be able to learn about the Mayan soil, the mysticism, and the legends of this people. It will also be possible to do activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, zip-lining, and swimming. Observation: This activity is not permitted for children under 6 years of age.

This tour will begin around 6 PM when we meet at the hotel reception. We will experience this nighttime adventure aboard a Trajinera – traditional Mexican canoes that were once used to transport flowers, fruits, and vegetables, but have become a fun form of leisure for all visitors. Aboard colorful, illuminated canoes, we will navigate the most beautiful canals of Cancun, enjoying the sounds of marimbas and mariachis. We will enjoy the authentic Mexican festival, full of color and folklore. We will also be able to savor the most delicious typical Mexican dishes. At the end of the tour, we can stop by the souvenir shop where we can purchase photos of the best moments of this tour.

The Swim Adventure dolphin swim program is an incredible experience full of excitement, action, and fun. Make new friends with our playful dolphins, who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek. They expect the same from you! Then, they&#39;ll take you on a speeding ride through the water, while you hold onto their fins. They&#39;ll also dance, sing songs, and you&#39;ll have some free time to enjoy them in the sea. You can have the adventure of a lifetime in this beautiful setting of Puerto Aventuras in the Riviera Maya. After these activities, you can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. The Caribbean Sea and dolphins welcome you on board. At Puerto Aventuras, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a more intimate experience. IMPORTANT: We are currently not accepting cash at our location, we are only accepting cash in pesos and charging to credit or debit card with charges in pesos and dollars. CHILDREN&#39;S POLICY 1. Children over 1.40 m tall can participate alone in any program when paying the adult rate. 2. Children between 1.21 m and 1.40 m tall can participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, they must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. 3. Children between 1 m and 1.20 m tall can participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, they must be accompanied by two adults with paid tickets. 4. Children under 1 m tall will be considered children and will participate in the Encontro program activities, regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit into the vest).
