Embark on an unforgettable journey along the iconic Seven Lakes Route (now Route 40), skirting the majestic Lake Lácar and passing through breathtaking landscapes immersed in nature and Mapuche culture. Along the way, we&#39;ll detour to admire the imposing Cerro Chapelco and continue discovering hidden gems such as Lakes Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and finally, the iconic Lake Nahuel Huapi. We will arrive in Villa La Angostura, where we will explore the Nahuel Huapi footsteps, visit the El Messidor residence (official residence of the governor of Neuquén) and stroll through the charming city center. The journey continues along the final stretch of the Seven Lakes Route to Bariloche, where you&#39;ll have two and a half hours to have lunch, stroll, and enjoy the city center at your own pace. Finally, we&#39;ll begin the direct return to San Martín de los Andes, with our hearts full of landscapes, stories, and emotions. Notes: Entrance to Nahuel Huapi National Park is not included. It costs approximately AR$20,000 for foreigners and AR$7,000 for Argentines. It is paid at the park entrance. Some hotels in the city are not included in our pickup itinerary. If this is the case, we will contact you to indicate the closest hotel to which you should go so we can pick you up for the tour. You should wait for your guide in the lobby of the indicated hotel. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, a coat and a camera. In winter, the route may be altered due to impassable roads.

Seven Lakes Tour: From San Martín de los Andes to Bariloche

Travel the iconic Seven Lakes Route and experience a magical journey through lakes, mountains, and charming towns. We&#39;ll depart San Martín de los Andes on Route 40, skirting the southern shore of the imposing Lake Lácar, with views that captivate from the first moment. We&#39;ll pass through Mapuche communities and detour to the famous Cerro Chapelco, where nature takes center stage. During the tour, we&#39;ll explore Patagonia&#39;s most beautiful bodies of water: Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, and Espejo, each with its own unique personality and landscape. In the charming Quintupuray region, we&#39;ll make a special stop where, if we&#39;re lucky, we&#39;ll savor delicious homemade tortas fritas while admiring Lake Nahuel Huapi, shared by Villa La Angostura and Bariloche. We arrive in Villa La Angostura around 11 a.m., stopping at panoramic viewpoints such as Bahía Manzano, El Messidor, and Mirador Arrayán, among other picturesque spots that make this city one of the most beautiful in southern Argentina. At noon, we have free time to explore its charming center, have lunch, and take unforgettable photos.
