Regular City Tour in Porto Seguro (BA). Departing from hotels in Porto Seguro, we will head towards the village located atop a hill, offering a panoramic view of beaches, cliffs, river mouths, and coconut groves, 68 kilometers from Porto Seguro. The village has the typical urban layout of the Jesuits. We have the Church of São João Batista at one end and small houses built in a straight line, low and close together, forming a large square: the Quadrado, one of the most valuable historical sites on the Discovery Coast, and afterwards we will stay at Praia dos Coqueiros (Coconut Tree Beach). Return from the tent around 3:30 PM. Arrival at the hotel around 5:30 PM.

We will leave the hotels in Porto Seguro in the morning, heading to Taipe Beach, whose name in Tupi means &quot;turtle,&quot; and is surrounded by cliffs up to 20 meters high. According to the Quatro Rodas Guide, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, ranked among the ten most beautiful beaches in the far south of Bahia. We will stop for lunch at a beach bar (at the passenger&#39;s expense).

After 44 km of unpaved road, we arrive in Nova Caraíva, a small town on the other side of the river. To continue our journey to Caraíva, we will cross the river in canoes. In this area, the only available means of transportation are horse-drawn carriages. Caraíva is a small village with about 600,000 inhabitants. There are few streets, all made of sand; it takes about 20 minutes to walk around the entire village. The view of the colorful little houses, the river, and the access to the sea are beautiful landscapes, delightful to appreciate and discover the charms of the place. Return around 3:30 PM.
