Drop-off point

The time is the hour when the boat leaves, so you need to be at the marina 15 minutes before that hour to check in on time. Important: If you drive your own vehicle, please note that there is no public parking, you will have to pay for it.

Important information

  • The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
  • Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
  • For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
  • For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
  • The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.
