Important information
Notes:
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes.
Departure time: 8:30 PM.
Departure point: Brocker Turismo Gramado store (Av. das Hortênsias, 1845, Centro).
The activity includes: Admission to the Bustour Illumination Show; Four artistic interventions along the tour;
Supervised activity. Activities do not include: Meals and/or drinks; Transportation to the pick-up point.
*** Passengers must board the bus at the designated departure point. Transportation to and from the departure point is the passenger's responsibility.
Children's policy: children up to 5 years old are free of charge, and those aged 6 to 12 pay a different price.
*** It is mandatory to exchange your voucher for the boarding pass that will guarantee your order on the bus. Seats on the bus are not assigned and will be occupied according to the pass obtained at the boarding point. The exchange will only be carried out on the day of your tour, from 5 pm onwards at the Brocker Gramado store.
*** The tour departs promptly at the scheduled time; please arrive early for boarding. Passengers who are not present at the designated departure point at the designated time will not be entitled to any type of refund or date change.
*** The Bustour Illumination Show takes place even in the rain, being cancelled only in case of storms or very heavy rain where the show's organizers deem its execution unsafe and/or compromised. The event organizers only inform about the cancellation approximately 5 (five) minutes before the scheduled time, doing so through the show's sound system. We advise you to bring a raincoat.
