City Tour: Hidden Gems of Arequipa

ITINERARY

We will meet at the meeting point.

First, we will visit the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa, where we will have a detailed explanation of the history of the Cathedral of Arequipa and the portals that surround the Plaza de Armas.

Next, we will go to the Church of the Society of Jesus, where we will give a brief explanation about the history of the church and its construction and characteristics that make it so representative in the city.

The Casa Tristán del Pozo, currently managed by the Continental bank, is a building that, for many architecture scholars, the pediment on the facade of this house is the best example of the typical ornamentation of Arequipa, Peru.

São Francisco Square and Church, one of the most beautiful buildings in the city, a very beautiful and peaceful place.

San Lázaro neighborhood, the oldest neighborhood where it is said that the second founding of Arequipa took place.
