Seibu-Kawagoe Round-Trip Rail Pass

Kawagoe, commonly called Koedo (literally meaning Little Edo), is a town of old warehouse-like houses with black plaster walls and tiled roofs. As one of Japan's important historic building group preservation districts, Kawagoe showcases Edo-period architecture. The town attracts many tourists every year as a well-known tourist spot where visitors can revisit the Edo period. Using the SEIBU KAWAGOE PASS will allow you to explore Kawagoe's majestic old town.

This SEIBU KAWAGOE PASS is a ticket with a lucky charm design that promotes safe travel for foreign tourists visiting Japan. It can be used for a round-trip journey between Hon-Kawagoe Station and Tokyo Urban Station (Seibu-Shinjuku Station, Takadanobaba Station, or Ikebukuro Station). You can choose your departure and arrival stations from Tokyo Urban Station. No layovers are allowed.

RESTRICTIONS:

Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. A passport or resident card must be presented when collecting the ticket.

REQUIREMENTS:

Tickets must be collected at the SEIBU Ikebukuro Tourist Information Center at Ikebukuro Station (see the schedule for location details).

Please show your ticket to the station staff to pass through the ticket office.

Validity: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of exchange. (The expiration date will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange.)

Please present your voucher and passport to staff when exchanging your ticket.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Boarding a limited express train or a train with reserved seating requires an extra fee.
