Places of interest

Jacinta and Francisco's House - The house where Jacinta and Francisco Marto lived.

House of Lúcia de Jesus - where she lived until 1921.

Poço do Arneiro - the place where the Angel appeared to the three shepherd children in the summer of 1916, a year before the apparition of Our Lady.

Monument to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, made of bronze, appears in the center of the sanctuary, in front of the Chapel of the Apparitions.

The Chapel of the Apparitions was built in the exact place where Our Lady appeared to the little shepherds, where the holm oak once grew, but which no longer exists because it was taken piece by piece by the pilgrims who went to see it.

The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima was built on the site where the shepherd children played on May 13, 1917, before the apparition of Our Lady of Fátima. The remains of the three visionaries are buried here.

The Church of the Holy Trinity, designed by architect Alexandros Tombazis, was inaugurated on October 12, 2007 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the apparitions of the Virgin of the Rosary of Fátima.

Pilgrims on foot. In the middle of the Sanctuary of Fátima, we find the path pilgrims take, on their knees, to fulfill their promises.
