Itinerary
- Rhyolite
Depart Las Vegas at 7am for your full-day Death Valley experience. Your first stop will be the ghost town of Rhyolite, at the entrance to the National Park. This long-abandoned gold mining community has been used as a setting for many films and documentaries.
- Flat mesquite dunes
Take in the views on an incredible drive along a beautiful winding highway and enter the center of Death Valley from the east; It's like entering a strange world of endless desert, vast valleys, harshly carved peaks, and superbly adapted plants and animals formed over millions of years.
- Furnace Creek Visitor Center
Death Valley has the driest and hottest climate imaginable, it is an immense and wild land that man has never dominated. Capture the valley view from Hell's Gate, high above the valley floor.
- Badwater Basin
Located 86 meters below sea level, Badwater Basin is undoubtedly one of the most mysteriously beautiful places in the park.
You'll also enjoy beautiful views at Zabriskie's Point, Devil's Golf Course, Furnace Creek Museum, Salt Lake, Sand Dunes, and Artists Pallet. The majestic mountains, colorful canyons, volcanic craters and salt pinnacles make this trip a dream for any tourist. We stopped at all of these locations for a little exploration and lots of photos.
- Artist Palette
You will be amazed by the beautiful Artists Palate tour and photo stops.
- Devil's Golf Course
Discover how the salt flowers were formed at Devils Golf Course. This is a part of the salt lake that has become a very strange place.
