Next, we will visit the imposing San Felipe de Barajas Castle, one of the most extraordinary examples of military engineering from the colonial era. We will explore its tunnels and ramps, learning about its importance in the city's defense.
We will continue our tour with a visit to the Church of San Pedro Claver, an important religious and historical landmark dedicated to the "apostle of the slaves." We will conclude with a pleasant walk through the walled city, where we can admire its beautiful squares, narrow cobblestone streets, and colonial houses with flowered balconies—a typical and captivating scene of historic Cartagena.
