Church Valley: Wind and History Trails, with English-speaking guide

We'll start the day with transportation from your accommodation in San Juan to the charming department of Jáchal. There, we'll discover San José de Jáchal, a city that proudly preserves vestiges of its colonial style, transporting us back in time with its streets, architecture, and traditions.
Next, we delve into one of the region's most impressive landmarks: the Jáchal River Canyon, a natural spectacle that amazes with its beauty and power. We continue along National Route 150, crossing the foothills of San Juan and following the majestic Jáchal River toward the impressive Cuesta del Viento Dam, famous for its constant and intense gusts of wind, ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Our journey continues to Rodeo, the capital of the Iglesia department, a corner full of charm and tranquility. We conclude with a visit to a historical gem: the Achango Chapel, the oldest in the entire province, which preserves centuries of spirituality and history within its adobe walls.
Return along the winding road of Cuesta del Colorado. Arrive at the hotel in the afternoon.
