Dating back to 1144, The Clink was London's most notorious medieval prison and is now the oldest prison in Great Britain—although, thankfully, it no longer holds criminals! With a rich and macabre history spanning over 600 years, The Clink witnessed an incredible amount of social and political unrest during its time.
