Notes:
The minimum age for participants is 13. The activity requires sitting for long periods on the floor. The practice will last between 60 and 150 minutes. During sumo tournament seasons in Tokyo (January, May, and September, around the 15th to 25th), the practice will last between 30 and 40 minutes.
