The essence of Tuscany: Chianti Classico, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Florence tour with transfer

The beauty of the landscape blends harmoniously, where nature and humankind have coexisted for centuries in unbeatable balance. Through the hilly expanses of ancient vineyards and olive groves that characterize the splendid Chianti region, you'll be guided through a tasting of various Chianti wines, extra virgin olive oil on Tuscan bread, vin santo with locally produced cantuccini, and lavender honey. Following a scenic road, we can admire the picturesque village of Monteriggioni, a small medieval gem still surrounded by its ancient walls. Further on, the unmistakable clay landscape of the Crete Senesi, a mountainous desert territory that awakens unforgettable sensations. Continuing, we arrive at an area that contrasts strikingly with the territory of Crete, immersed in the verdant Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site, a harmonious landscape of cypress-dotted hills, interrupted by castles, churches, ancient villages of Etruscan origin, and farms that line the route of the famous "Via Francigena." Here, in a historic farmhouse, you'll be served a guided lunch with a tasting of the renowned Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello, and Supertuscan wines, along with a wide variety of local products and a delicious homemade fruit tart. All this is followed by a visit to the cellars and some leisure time to enjoy nature. Next, we'll stop in the medieval village of Montalcino, with its border walls enriched with towers, and the imposing 14th-century fortress offering one of the most beautiful views of the Val d'Orcia. Moltalcino also has narrow streets lined with dozens of wineries and artisan shops selling local products. Finally, after a short drive along a scenic road, we arrive in Montepulciano, surrounded by walls and situated on a hill 600 meters above sea level, between Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana. The town is known for its fine wine obtained from the surrounding vineyards. A stop in town to stroll through the steep streets and elegant squares and admire the splendid Renaissance buildings and churches, and a visit to one of the many wineries in the old town to taste delicious wines.
