The Colonial Roots Tour will take us on a true immersion into the heritage of Italian colonization in Gramado, combining history, culture, gastronomy, and hospitality. During the tour, we will visit the Centenary House, built of wood on stones, where we can enjoy wines, cheeses, and salamis that preserve the tradition of the first settlers.

Next, we will visit the Fioreze Museum, a space filled with antique pieces collected with dedication by Mr. Nelson Fioreze since childhood. We will also pass by the BenVic Winery, a pioneering family project in the sustainable production of organic wines and juices in the region. Finally, we will be welcomed at Caffè Della Nonna, owned by the Foss Family, where we will taste homemade breads, cheeses, salamis, polenta, and typical drinks, experiencing the authentic Italian hospitality that marks the history of Gramado.
