Office (Farm) Cristina without input + Transfer

The walk comes & ccedul;a with a navigation&ccedul;ão by the North Brazo of Lake Argentino até the mouth of the Upsala Canal, where we can appreciate the grandeur of the Upsala Glacier, one of the most important of the Los Glaciares National Park. Located on the northwest coast of the lake, at the end of Brazo Cristina, Estancia Cristina offers a cen´rio único. Founded in 1914 by Joseph P. Masters and his wife, Estancia preserves até today the history of this family; the pioneer, who has transformed a place into a true para-iacute;so.

The visit à Estancia Cristina combines nature, adventure, history and pleasure. Após a navigation&ccedul;ão, we begin an ascent in ve´ 4x4 até the Refú Continentalgio de Ice, traveling 9.5 km by a mountain road that crosses a landscape of great geológico interest, previously covered by glaciers. During the climb, we achieved an elevation of 550 meters.

When arriving at the refúgio, we made a walk of about 20 minutes through a terrain of erosãthe glacial, which leads us atá the viewpoint of Upsala Glacier. From this point, é possible to contemplate a privileged view of the front of the glacier, Lake Guillermo, Patagônico Sul and the Andes. Then we return à Ageing in ve&acuth; 4x4.

In Estancia, we visit the Costumbrista museum, installed in an old shear galpão, where é told the history of the property. Then we took an até guided walk; the Caterina River and visited the chapel and the historic center of the Estancia.
