Description

This park was named by the ancient Mayans as one of the most important commercial ports and a recognized center of ceremonies. It currently has more than 40 attractions related to nature and culture, including snorkeling to observe aquatic life, swimming in underground rivers, a butterfly garden, an aquarium, sea turtles, flamingos, and of course, the unmissable night show that tells the story of Mexico, TLACHCO, “XCARET MÉXICO ESPECTACULAR”.
One of the main purposes of Xcaret is to disseminate the cultural heritage of the Mexican people and Mayan culture.
At dusk the park transforms to present all the mysticism, traditions, legends and history of Mexico. The first part of the show stages pre-Hispanic Mexico and includes an interpretation of the ancient juego de pelota. In the second part, after the staging of the conquest of Mexico by the Spanish, regional cultures are presented with lots of colorful clothes, dances, rhythms, music and songs that will certainly move you.
On this tour we will meet between 7:00 am and 10:30 am, depending on the hotel where you are staying. If you are staying at a hotel in the center of Cancún, Playa del Carmen or Tulum, you will be informed at least one day in advance by one of our local agents of the closest meeting point and time.
In the park we will have the day free to enjoy the more than 50 attractions there. From 7 pm onwards, the Xcaret México Espetacular Show will be shown.
And after a fantastic day we will be ready to return to the hotel.
