Gran Reserva Tour - Vale dos Vinhedos in Gramado

This tour is designed for those who appreciate the best of the wine world. The tour takes you through the Vale dos Vinhedos (Valley of the Vineyards), a wine-producing region of Italian colonization with beautiful landscapes and over a century of tradition in wine production.
At Miolo Winery, the passion for the fascinating world of wine is explained by the history of the Miolo family, who have worked in viticulture since the arrival of their patriarch, Giuseppe Miolo, in Brazil in 1897. One of the founders of the Wines of Brasil project, the Miolo Wine Group is the largest wine exporter in Brazil and the most recognized in the international market. The production of the group's four wineries totals, on average, 10 million liters per year and is cultivated in an area of ​​approximately 1,000 hectares of their own vineyards. It is in this location that we will participate in a Mini Wine Course and taste five emblematic varieties from the Miolo Group.
Next, we'll visit the Lovara Winery. Driven by stories of people, places, work, and achievements. There, we'll see the Stone House, built in 1887 by the founder. We'll tour the vineyards, discuss the winemaking process, and taste three selected Lovara wines.
The itinerary continues to the Garibaldi Wine Cooperative, whose history began in 1931 with the union of several farming families as an alternative to overcome the economic difficulties of the country at the time. Currently, there are more than 300 associated families who live from the production of grapes and related products for the winery, cultivating more than 1000 hectares of vineyards in total. By May of this year, the winery had already received more than 15 international awards, all from events and competitions in Europe.
