With this package, you can easily reach Rome from the Civitavecchia train station. Getting to the Cruise Port train station is a breeze with the shuttle bus service from the port to the train station. In about 1.5 hours, you'll reach Rome Termini Station (the central train station). From here, you can catch the hop-on hop-off tour, with several stops nearby. With the Hop-On Hop-Off City Sightseeing ticket, you can easily reach the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, and much more.

The package also includes Colosseum admission. We'll reserve your entry time for you. A few days before your tour, you'll receive your Colosseum admission ticket and train ticket by email. When booking, you can choose between 2 time options:

- Departure from Civitavecchia between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Departure from Roma Termini between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.

- Departure from Civitavecchia between 10:00 and 11:00 am. Departure from Roma Termini between 3:00 and 4:00 pm.

HOW IT WORKS

1) When you purchase this package, you will automatically receive a confirmation with your vouchers attached; you will need these vouchers to board our City Sightseeing buses in Rome.

2) Simply present your vouchers at our City Sightseeing Rome Visitor Center or on the bus to get your City Sightseeing ticket.

3) We'll reserve your Colosseum ticket for you at a specific time. Within 24 hours of your reservation, we'll email you your Colosseum ticket, which you can present directly at the Colosseum entrance. You must be present at least 15 minutes before the entry time indicated on your ticket.

4) We'll book your train tickets for you; the train's departure time from Civitavecchia will be based on the time slot you select. Within 48 hours of booking, we'll send you the train tickets you need to board the train. The tickets we send will contain the departure time and train number. Arrive at the station at least 15 minutes before the train's scheduled departure. Once at the station, be sure to check the platform number on the digital displays.
Notes:
Once you have booked your package, the local supplier will book your train ticket for you, which will be sent to you digitally and must be presented on board the train in PDF format.

To access the Colosseum it is MANDATORY to provide the name of each person with a ticket, therefore, once the order is confirmed, our staff will contact you to request the names.

How to get to Civitavecchia Train Station from the Cruise Terminal:

By bus:

Take the special public transportation service that connects the train station to the cruise ships and vice versa. This service, intended exclusively for cruise passengers, operates from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM and operates only on cruise ship departure/arrival days from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM/7:00 PM.

*The cost is 6 euros each way (not included in this package). The ticket can be purchased directly on board.

On foot:

Distance from the port, 600 meters from Forte Michelangelo, 1.5 km from Largo della Pace, about 20 minutes.

From Forte Michelangelo, get off at Varco Fortezza and take the Giuseppe Garibaldi route, follow the signs to the train station.

From Largo della Pace, go through the roundabout and take Via XVI Settembre, continue to the end and turn right. Then take Via Giuseppe Garibaldi and follow the signs to the train station.
