Craftsman for a Day in Galapa, Barranquilla

Hotel pickup at the scheduled time. In Galapa, just minutes from Barranquilla, you'll discover the magic of Carnival through the handicrafts sculpted by local masters, recognized as Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. You'll visit an artisan's workshop, who will explain the creative process, from sculpture to painting. Finally, you'll experience being a craftsman, painting a typical Carnival piece under the master's guidance. Return to the hotel.
