This is a great place for dolphin lovers, as we focus on creating activities everyone can enjoy, such as shaking hands, receiving a loving kiss, or giving these incredible marine mammals a gentle hug.
You'll also have fun doing different activities with the dolphins, like hugs and hand-to-hand targets. You can also participate in a thrilling kayak race against the best swimmers, our playful dolphins! Puerto Aventuras meets all expectations so you can make the most of this experience and create a strong bond with your family. Perfect for parents and their children to enjoy incredible contact with nature.

At Puerto Aventuras, groups have a maximum of 20 people for a more intimate experience.
The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.

For safety reasons, women (5 months or older) are not permitted to participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women less than 5 months pregnant may only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Liability Form.
Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
IMPORTANT: At this time, this location is NOT accepting US Dollars (USD) in cash for expenses such as dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican Pesos (MXN) in cash and if the customer wants to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be made in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children with a height greater than 1.40 m can only participate in any program paying the adult rate.
2. Children with a height of 1.21 m to 1.40 m, can participate in solos in the Encontro program. To participate in Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you are accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
3. Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m can participate in the program Encontro acompañado de un adulto con boleto pagado. You can participate in Swim Adventure and Royal Swim, which are accompanied by adults with a paid boleto.
