Description
An incredible place where everyone can experience the unique sensation of being in contact with snow. Here you can transport your imagination to a charming Alpine Village at the foot of a Snowy Mountain. The park offers several attractions and activities in and out of the snow. It also has a large food court and several shops that complement your visit even more. Whether it's winter or summer, rain or shine, Snowland is guaranteed fun.
Access to the park must take place between 12 noon and 2 pm. After or before this time, the park may block the passenger's entry, without any right to reimbursement.

Access to the park must take place between 12 pm and 2 pm. After or before this time, the park may block passenger entry, without being entitled to any type of refund.
Rescheduling The purchaser may request the first change of the date of use of the ticket up to 48 hours before the date scheduled for use of the ticket. Changing the booking date must respect the season (high or low) for which the original ticket was purchased. All date changes requested after 7 days of online purchase will incur a rescheduling fee of R$25.00 (twenty-five reais) per ticket and any price differences for the new date chosen. If there is a need to change the second date of use of the ticket, it must also be requested up to 48 hours before the date scheduled for use and there will be a rescheduling fee of R$ 50.00 (fifty reais) per ticket, in addition to any differences in prices for the new chosen date. The maximum number of changes allowed will be 02 (two). After the second and final rescheduling, changes to the ticket use date will no longer be permitted.
No-Show Passports not used on the due date, not canceled or not rescheduled within the deadlines indicated above will be considered No-Show. Tickets characterized as No-Show cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled.
Notes:
- Values expressed per person, in reais (R$).
- Exemption policy: children aged 0 to 3 years old are exempt from admission. Children aged 0 to 1 year, for safety reasons, cannot access the snow area.
- It is necessary to present a document proving the age of all passengers when entering the park.
- If there are queues at the advance purchase entrance, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Ticket purchase must be made on the day of use.
- Access to the park must take place between 12 pm and 2 pm. After or before this time, the park may block passenger entry, without the right to any type of refund.
- Attractions close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- Children under 18 can only access the park accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Attractions may undergo changes to the itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent that activity.
- Ski and Snowboard classes and practices are available and are PAID separately. To book the activity, request it at the park entrance on the day of your visit.
- It is important to be well dressed, as the temperature on the snow mountain is -5°C and the clothes provided by the park are waterproof.
