At the airport, passengers will be greeted with a Whelmar identification plate at the arrival gate. After meeting our ground staff, there will be a 50-minute waiting period for others to disembark. If there is no prior notice of failure to arrive at the scheduled time, the passenger(s) will be charged for the no-show.

In the event of a problem with baggage upon disembarking for which the Airline is responsible, we inform you that the passenger(s) will be re-accommodated on the next regular Transfer, since there is no waiting time available for all the legal procedures required by the Airline for release.

Passengers who purchased the Arrival and Departure package, using only one of the services, will not be refunded if they wish to cancel one of the journeys.
