Roundtrip transfer from the airport or port in Belém to hotels outside the metropolitan area

To carry out transfers between cities, it is mandatory to provide the name, CPF, date of birth and address with postal code of all passengers;

Transfer times will be reconfirmed after 6pm the day before the service;

Cancellation of services in progress after the maximum period of 48 hours in advance or failure of the passenger to appear for the service will result in a no-show charge, that is, 100% charge for the contracted services;

Please inform us if the passenger has a motor disability (wheelchair user), to check whether it is possible to provide regular service, or whether an exclusive service is necessary, which will be quoted on demand;

We are not responsible for any damage to passengers' luggage, except if it occurs during the provision of our services;

One piece of luggage weighing up to 23 kg with a maximum dimension of 158 cm is permitted per person. We do not guarantee the boarding of excess volume and any extra costs will be the responsibility of the passenger.
