The Great Christmas Parade Show - Christmas Lights
It's a show full of emotions for the whole family. When it opens the doors to magic and memories, the most iconic elements of Christmas will fill hearts with wonderful feelings, awaken memories, and bring back that childlike wonder that lives within each of us.
All this with a rich and renewed set design, beautiful new floats, grand costumes, lots of light, a beautiful original soundtrack and traditional characters from the Christmas imagination that will bring fun, beauty and enchantment.

Notes and rules of use:
- Prices are per person, in Brazilian Reais (R$)
- Policy for children: children up to 3 years and 11 months old do not pay admission, provided they occupy the same seat as their parents or guardians.
- Tickets are valid exclusively for the event, date, and section purchased at the time of purchase. Seats in the sections are not numbered and there is no seat assignment. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest arriving early to secure good seats.
Entry will not be permitted after the start of the performances.
- The shows and performances held at Natal Luz Gramado are not recommended for people with sensitivities, as they contain loud music, fireworks with loud bangs and strobe lights, among other types of noise and images that may cause or aggravate any symptoms.
- Shows may be subject to changes in the script or cancellations due to force majeure events.
- For all contracted services, it is necessary to present a document proving the purchase and age at the time of entry to the event.
Cancellation Policies -
Cancellations can be made without penalty, provided they are requested within the legal period of up to 7 (seven) days after purchase. After this period, all cancelled tickets are subject to a full penalty charge.
- Ticket replacements or refunds will only be issued in the event of show cancellation, which will be duly communicated by the event's competent authority. For refunds, it is essential to contact them within 10 (ten) days of the show's cancellation. If contact is made outside this timeframe, no refund will be possible.
Unused tickets are not refundable.
