NOTE: If child seats are needed, please submit a request along with your reservation; additional costs may apply. We request that all passengers provide their full names and document numbers (ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate number). If assistance is required in a language other than Portuguese, please inform us when making your reservation and inquire about the additional cost.

*The time for the TRF OUT (Hotel/Airport) will be pre-determined by the receptive agency and will be communicated to the passenger upon arrival via the travel diary, approximately 3 hours before the flight.

*Luggage and other personal belongings of the passenger are not included in the land transport contract, and their transport is at the passenger's own risk, without Serra Verde Express being obliged to be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the journey. Free transport is permitted for up to 1 suitcase per person weighing no more than 23 kg and one piece of hand luggage.

*The passenger is responsible for carrying their own luggage to the boarding point of our vehicle; luggage carts are provided free of charge at the airport.

*Baggage handling fees are not included in the above fares and are the responsibility of the passenger(s).
