Historical Tour of the Old Town of Santos

We'll first visit the Coffee Exchange, built in 1922 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of our Independence. It was crucial to the development of Santos and the state of São Paulo, as it was where coffee prices were negotiated.
Valongo Sanctuary, a church built in the 15th century, where a miracle took place.
Valongo Station, the first train station in the state of São Paulo, was designed to transport coffee grown in the interior of the state to the Port of Santos. Its style is reminiscent of an English train station from the Victorian era.
Afterwards, a tram ride, which was the means of transport used at the beginning of the last century.
