Walking Tour of the New Center of São Paulo

Our meeting point will be at the Monastery of Saint Benedict.

You will discover the beautiful architecture of the 60s and 70s, and the trendiest spots in the city center.

Let's visit the São Paulo City Hall (interior tour not included). I'll show you the first building in the city, and we'll have coffee and the best empanadas in town at Casa Godinho.

The COPAN building is an icon of São Paulo, and if we're lucky, we might be able to go up to the rooftop for a visit.

We'll pass by the Municipal Theater and I'll tell you the story of the city's first traffic jam, the famous Rock Gallery, the Church of the Black Men, and the statue of the Black Mother.

The Consolação Church with its beautiful architecture and many works of art. And the Mario de Andrade Library, which used to operate 24 hours a day in the city.

On this tour you will be surprised by a city that is called "of stone" but is actually "of pure love".
